Feeding Families at Christmas 2020

Calling all St. Luke Families! It is time for our annual food drive, “Feeding Families at Christmas”, to help the needy in our community. Last year our parish collected almost 11,000 pounds of food and $2200 in food gift cards. The food boxes were delivered to Local Charities and given to our own parishioners in need.
This year we will expand the food collection for a period of five weeks. You can drop off at the church anytime during office hours or on the weekends during Masses. We will have a collection box for gift cards placed in the church during Mass times and in the church office during the week.
Collection Beginning: November 22nd through December 20th, 2020
Distribution of Food: December 21st, 2020
We will except any donations of the items listed below, or the entire list. NO donation is too small, anything will be appreciated! You are helping the people who need it most this time of year.
Golden Family ticket will provide food to feed a family for one week

2 MED. JARS OF PEANUT BUTTER
2 CANS BEEF STEW
5 BOXES OF MAC AND CHEESE
1 PLASTIC JAR OF JELLY
1 LARGE BOX OF CEREAL
12 PACK RAMEN NOODLES
NO GLASS PLEASE!
* If you provide the entire Golden Family ticket list, we ask that you box the food together and deliver when it is convenient to the church office or between the Masses.

The Knights of Columbus Council 12832 would like to Thank everyone who donated their Time, Talent, and Treasure for this years campaign. Through your generosity we were able to raise over 11,000 pounds of food and $3,100 dollars in gift cards for the needy of our parish and community. Given these trying times and dealing with Covid, it is truly a sign of God's work that we can accomplish so much.
