Dear Brother Knights,
The new year is upon us here at St. Luke Church. Tempus fugit! Time Flies! The older we get, the more that statement seems to ring true. If you're like most people, you've made some resolutions for the new year. For me, I said to myself I have to try a little harder to get more brothers into our council. I can't accomplish this by myself. I need your help. If we, as the Knights of Columbus organization are to "build a better world", we need to start here and now. To do this, we need men who share our Catholic faith, our beliefs and values- men like yourselves who care about their fellow men.
The Knights of Columbus Council 12832 needs your help. I would like to give thanks to all of you brothers that have helped our Council to grow spiritually in body and in faith. So many of you have helped with LAMB, Room at the Inn, and the many fund raisers we do. When I look up and I see a Brother at work, I am proud of how you are making a difference in our community and are doing your part to help "build a better world". You have been noticed, and many have seen you at work. DON'T STOP! You are helping me to fulfill my resolutions for the new year- Strengthen our Council, our Church, and our Brotherhood in the Knights of Columbus. Thank you for helping us move forward. Keep up the good work.
